Who We Are
Originally from Southern California, Diana Larson moved to Houston early in life, attending St. Michael’s School and St. Agnes Academy. (The Larsons are active members of the St. Anne Catholic School and Church, and St. Thomas High School communities). Diana is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station. After college, Diana came back to Houston and attended South Texas College of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 1998. Diana was selected by Justice Sam Nucchi of the 1st Court of Appeals to serve as his Briefing Attorney for one year immediately following law school. After completing her term on the court of appeals, Diana began representing individuals and companies in Texas. Diana left the partnership of Gardere, Wynne Sewell in 2009 to form The Larson Law Office, PLLC.
Erik Larson was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico. After graduating from high school, Erik attended college at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, graduating magna cum laude. Erik then attended and graduated from Baylor University Law School in 1994. After working in San Antonio until 1999, Erik moved to Houston and has practiced here ever since. Together with his wife and law partner, Diana Larson, Erik represents Texas clients in divorce, child custody and other family law cases.
