Founders

The Larson Law Office was founded in 2009 by Diana Panian Larson and Erik V. Larson, a husband-and-wife team who serve as the firm’s lead attorneys. Together, they bring decades of combined legal experience and a shared commitment to ethical, client-centered representation.

Diana Larson began her legal career after graduating summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 1998. Following law school, she served as a briefing attorney for the First Court of Appeals in Houston and later practiced with a major Houston firm. In 2009, she co-founded The Larson Law Office to deliver legal services with personal attention and integrity. 

Erik Larson graduated magna cum laude from Southwestern University and earned his law degree from Baylor University in 1994. After practicing law in San Antonio and later Houston, he joined Diana in establishing the firm with a focus on family law and related legal matters. 

Together, Diana and Erik identified an unmet need in the Houston legal community for high-quality, personalized legal services at reasonable hourly rates. They built the firm on two core principles:
